We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and embroidery details may vary slightly due to photographic lighting and screen resolutions. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery (within Pakistan), and secure online payments via third-party gateways. International orders must be prepaid in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide and international shipping. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Alfajar Store.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in cases of defective or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-stitched, altered, or used items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

6. Custom Orders & Stitching Services

Custom orders, including bridal and stitched outfits, are made as per client specifications and are therefore non-refundable. A non-refundable advance may be required before stitching begins. Once production starts, changes or cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, and written material, is the intellectual property of Alfajar Store and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided during your visit or purchase will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.
